Cancellation Policy

Once a reservation has been made, it can be canceled unilaterally by the holder of the same effectiveness as our Cancellation Policy.

At the time of booking, the customer declares to be aware of and in agreement with the Terms and Conditions, as well as the Cancellation Policy.

Accommodation

From the confirmation of payment of the reservation, it will be confirmed. If there is a need to cancel or change the date of the reservation, the customer must communicate in writing (via email – [email protected]), or through the website by clicking on the link provided by email, when making the reservation, cancellations or changes are accepted by telephone. Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to availability as per the conditions below.

Cancellation Policies and Deadlines for Accommodation

The cancellation policy instructed by Rentinguimaraes proceeds as follows:

-In case of early departure of the contracted rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid, there will be no right to any type of refund, refund or in cash.

-Cancellation notice up to 30 days before arrival at the Hotel (check-in), there is a 100% refund of the amount paid, discounting the cancellation fee of 20 euros.

-Cancellation notice up to 15 days before arrival at the Hotel (check-in), there is a 25% refund of the amount paid, discounting the cancellation fee of 20 euros.

-Cancellation notice with less than 15 days of arrival at the Hotel (check-in), there is no refund.

-Non-attendance on the scheduled check-in date (ENTRY) will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The apartment will be available to the guest up to 48 hours after the check-in date. After this period, the reservation will be canceled with retention of 100% of the amount paid, GIVING NO RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, REFUND OR CASH.

-According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the guest has the “right of regret”, that is, reservations made outside the establishment can be canceled without charging the amount already paid, within seven days, counting from from the day you made the reservation.

Any return under these terms, after confirming the cancellation, the refund will be made through the same payment method. After receiving the destination NIB, it will be made by bank transfer / Paypal / Credit card within a period of not less than 48 business hours and not more than 15 business days.

• Tours

The Tours presented here, by Tourismprohost, Lda are operated by external companies. All bookings and payments for the Tours are managed by Tourismprohost, Lda. However, it is subject to cancellations by these companies. In case of cancellation by the agent, the customer will be refunded in full, without the right to compensation for direct or indirect losses. The cancellation will be communicated by email or message and the refund will be made through the same payment method, within 48 hours.
